Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm Michael Donnelly [she/her/hers], Founder of FWD (For Women & Diversity) Collective and a multi-hyphenate entrepreneur - former corporate executive…gone rogue.

I'm a constant explorer of how to shake things up and go from #scrappytosavvy and back again! I’m a firm believer that business gets done when people have fun and that diversity is innovation.

By profession, I’ve found the best way to describe what I do is an ‘Experience Design Expert’ -- I love/hate the word expert but after 10+ years in the trenches - learning, applying, and seeing big wins, I guess that's what 'they' call it.

I started FWD back in 2016 to shift the professional paradigm to where diversity and inclusion are the norm.

And while there’s a long road ahead, I am consistently inspired by the incredible people that are part of this community moving us all FWD and creating meaningful impact every step of the way.
